Following the design phase, we will manage the entire procurement phase of your project. Build& will produce an RFT (Request for Tender) document customised to meet the needs of your organisation. Diligent management of the procurement phase is critical for project success. We manage all aspects of this task including, RFI (Request for Information) and addenda management, contractor selections, head contract preparation, negotiations, and the detailed analysis of quotations against weighted and unweighted assessment criteria. On conclusion of the tender phase, you will receive a summarised recommendation report outlining the next steps to progress with your project.

Our Superintendent capability simplifies the management of the construction projects during the delivery phase, playing a significant role in achieving favourable financial, time and quality outcomes for clients and their stakeholders. We bring a comprehensive understanding of contract law and possess strong technical capabilities, offering clients expert guidance, conducting impartial assessments, and applying practical and contractual expertise across each engagement. This includes playing a key role in confirming project compliance with the head contract, assisting in the certification of payment claims, variations, and extensions of time.
We will also chair and administer project control group (PCG) meetings for the duration of the project, providing an additional layer of accountability and communication to the stakeholders. Our team also have experience delivering projects in accordance with a variety of Australian Standard and bespoke contract frameworks, along with various government agreements used nationwide.
