Build& is led by Sean Hague & Josh Hogan, both founding directors of the business.
Sean Hague
Partner | ACT General Manager
Sean leads the ACT business overseeing both project delivery and procurement service lines. With local experience of 17+ years and collective project values over $1 Billion AUD, Sean has extensive industry understanding across all construction disciplines.
Sean is both trade and university qualified, achieving the Australian Institute of Building (ACT) chapter medal for highest GPA for his graduating class. In 2017 Sean was awarded with both the ACT and National Australian Institute of Building (AIB) Professional Excellence award. In 2018 Sean also received the Master Builders Association (MBA) Project Manager of the Year award.
Josh Hogan
Partner
With both national and international construction experience. During Josh’s 12+ years career he has successfully delivered numerous high-end security focused projects for federal government clientele. Josh brings his prior experience in the Australian Defence Force to his work as a Partner of Build&. Specialising in capability acquisition and sustainment initiatives.
Josh’s ability to quickly understand the position of any project and appoint corrective actions is valuable for Build& clients. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in construction project management.
