Aurora Building
Canberra, ACT

Build& were engaged by the insurance underwriter to develop the scope of works that their internal team were unable to achieve.

Our team then administered a select approach to the market and negotiate the terms of the head contract and project superintendency. This approach achieved a great outcome for both the client and the insurance company in terms of quality and cost.

The project involved the replacement of the entire roof as well as elements of the cladding.

The cladding scope involved fire engineering performance solutions to address elements of the National Construction Code that have changed since the building was originally constructed.
