Build& were engaged by the Canberra Labor Club to undertake a superintendency role.

This specialist project is approximately 1,100m2+ (GFA) situated on L11 of the Mercure Hotel in Belconnen. Construction occurred within an operational business environment over a 3-month period. Stakeholder management in respect to club patrons and hotel guests was at the forefront of the delivery methodology.

The project includes a bar with associated commercial kitchen, cool room, x5 meeting spaces with associated audio-visual capabilities and a full mechanical services upgrade.
