St. Mary Mackillop - Carpark

The purpose of the project was to deliver new state of the art carpark for the new Performing Arts Centre for Catholic Education.
Build& undertook design management to deliver a fully compliant, 2,400 sqm carpark, including development of the scope brief, underpinning a select tender exercise leading to the identification of the Principal Contractor.
During delivery of the works, Build& carried out Superintendency duties and actively managed the relationship of Client and Principal Contractor to maintain certainty around scope, budget and program.
