This project aims to address aging roofing materials, the safe management and removal of asbestos-containing materials, and improve overall building compliance.

Build& conducted a series of site assessments to identify areas requiring remediation, and developed a comprehensive scope of works to underpin a robust select tender process, designed to appoint a suitably qualified Principal Contractor for the works.

Throughout the delivery phase, Build& provided superintendent services and on-site supervision, including management of the Defects Liability Period to secure long-term project outcomes.
