Build& were engaged by Burgmann Anglican School (BAS) to undertake an advisory role for an upcoming Education Master Plan (EMP).

Working with senior representatives from BAS, Build& provided a comprehensive project management strategy for design, procurement, and delivery of the EMP across x2 school campuses. Program, infrastructure considerations, cost estimates and cashflow modelling were also completed.

The strategy provided by Build& gave the client certainty to move forward with individual projects with clarity on forecasted expenditure. Considered staging plans to ensure school operations remain uncompromised during construction were also developed.
