Build& were engaged by the insurance underwriter to develop the scope of works that their internal team were unable to achieve.

Our team then administered a select approach to the market and negotiated the terms of the head contract and project superintendency. This approach achieved a beneficial outcome for both the client and the insurer in respect to quality, cost, and program certainty.

The project comprised of the remediation of the façade water proofing, and the renovation of control joints and window seals throughout the entire façade. Ensuring the project caused minimal disturbance to residence was at the forefront of the delivery methodology.
