Build& were engaged by the executive committee to develop the project brief and scope of works.
Our team then administered a select approach to the market and negotiated the terms of the head contract and project superintendency.
The project was delivered under a Design and Construct contract and involved the replacement of wooden balustrades, fascia’s and timber cladding.
