Build& were engaged by St Mary Mackillop College and Catholic Education to undertake a superintendency role.

This specialist building is approximately 1800m2 GFA over a single level (excluding plant rooms). Key features of the project include a x350 seat theatre and stage with specialized AV and lighting equipment, drama studio and music rooms. Considerable acoustic considerations were adopted in respect to the mechanical system and lining buildups.

The project was constructed over and near critical services infrastructure which needed to be diligently managed to mitigate interruption. A key challenge of this project was the continued use of the school without any disruption to normal operations and stakeholder experiences.
