Build& was engaged to undertake due diligence and review of the existing scope documentation for the Drainage system and roof replacement works. Works applied to x2 buildings adjacent to public amenities.
After review of the existing documentation, Build& evaluated the site conditions and proposed a strategy to mitigate all the risks identified.
Following the technical due diligence phase, Build& managed an already appointed contractor through the construction phase as a superintendent.
