Build& were engaged by Hive to facilitate a full superintendency function. Build& managed the complete design process inclusive of both the DA and BA submissions.

Over x2 levels and approximately 600m2 of GFA, the project involved a full internal demolition to make way for new services infrastructure and bespoke fitout across the entirety of the building.

Given the relatively tight timeframe and high-level of finish, the project design documentation was reviewed and brought to a high completeness level to assist with approaching the market for pricing. This played a critical role in communicating the client’s expectations of the finished product, but also assisted the Builder in producing a comprehensive price. This further allowed for a smooth transition into the construction phase without any compromises.
