Build& were engaged by Burgmann Anglican school to undertake both ECI and project superintendency roles.
The project included a crown lease variation and development approval before approaching the market for pricing.
Consisting of x2 levels, the project caters for middle school students for both music and d&t. This is achieved across 1,600m2 of GFA.
Build& implemented a new tendering process (RFT) specifically to meet the clients’ requirements, including the introduction of a new head contract model to accommodate the risk profile of the business.
The project was completed on time and on budget. In addition, the project went on to win the ($5m to $20m Commercial Building) category at the 2022 MBA Awards in Canberra.
