Build& were engaged by Burgmann Anglican School to undertake a design management and superintendency role.
This civil infrastructure project spans approximately 10,000m2 over x2 blocks of land. x80 car parking bays, new landscaping, lighting, and stormwater infrastructure are some of the key scope elements.
Diligent management and on going correspondence with local authorities were a key driver for this project. EPSDD, TCCS and the EPA are some of the interested parties.
Build& successfully managed both the DA and temporary licence agreement with TCCS. This was a critical milestone in the project’s overall feasibility.
