Nishi Noise Bourne Rectification
New Acton, ACT
Build& were engaged by the Nishi OC to undertake both a procurement and superintendency role.
This project involves architectural and services engineering principles to rectify structural noise issues occurring on and near the existing concrete roof structure.
Given the high-risk environment (public space, road infrastructure and the works occurring 50m above the ground level), Innovative design practices in combination with a bespoke SOW / RFT document were produced to heavily mitigate this risk.
