Build& were engaged by Orana Steiner School to undertake both procurement and superintendency roles.
This specialist project is approximately 235m2 (GFA) over a single level. A separate connecting walkway to adjacent buildings was also included.
The building design is modern and practical and includes a wooden deck, offices, rehearsal room, music storeroom and serval practice rooms. Custom brickwork incorporating the crest of the school was another standout feature of this project.
