Build& were engaged by Orana Steiner School to undertake both ECI and procurement activities.

This specialist project is approximately 630m2 (GFA) over a single level.

The building includes art rooms, storage facilities, ceramics room, classrooms, kitchenette, and staff rooms. Cedar windows, brick veneer and glulam structural members compliment the design and the aesthetic of the school’s overall masterplan.

Careful consideration for the existing environment and protected trees was a key design consideration.
