Build& were involved at the inception of the project. Dish Developments appointed Build& to facilitate the block acquisition, provide design and buildability advice, undertake a comprehensive scoping study, and assist with project feasibility.

The project comprises of a mix of x27 two- and three-bedroom townhouses and apartments, inclusive of basement construction and landscaping.

Build& also worked with the appointed real estate agent to develop suitable marketing material to assist with off the plan purchasing.
