Build& was engaged to deliver waterproofing upgrades and internal remediation works across the Avron complex, comprising of 26 balconies. 

The project scope included managing the tender process, leading to the appointment of a Principal Contractor under a bespoke Design & Construct contract. 

Build& provided superintendency and site supervision services, ensuring works were delivered to specification, on time, and to quality expectations. 

The team successfully managed the project through to Practical Completion and oversaw the Defects Liability Period, maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes.
