The Aspire Project involves the delivery of waterproofing works to the balconies and remediation of water intrusion damage affecting the top level of the Aspire building in Kingston.

Build& undertook a detailed site inspection to assess existing conditions, develop the project scope, and manage the tender and procurement process for a Principal Contractor, utilising a bespoke Design and Construct contract.

Following the completion of the tender process, the project will transition into the construction phase, during which Build& performed superintendent and contract administration duties, ensuring project delivery aligned with the agreed scope, quality standards, and client expectations.
