Build& were engaged by Trinity Christian school to undertake ECI consultancy, procurement, and project superintendency.
The project involved the conformance to the BGA grant funding requirements for the approach to market.
Consisting of x2 levels, the project caters for the schools’ performing arts needs with a full black box theatre, class rooms, staff room and café facilities.
Build& implemented an RFT to specifically cater to meet the clients’ requirements, including a more refined head contract model to accommodate the risk profile of the business in a post Covid-19 environment.
