Build& were engaged by Burgmann Anglican School to undertake an ECI and superintendency role.

This specialist building is approximately 1400m2 GFA over two levels and includes x2 general science laboratories, preparation room, chemical storage room, staff room, wet areas, x4 chemistry and x1 physics laboratory.

The project was constructed over and near critical services infrastructure which needed to be diligently managed to mitigate interruption. A key challenge of this project was the continued use of the school without any disruption to normal operations and stakeholder experiences.
