The purpose of the project was to deliver new cladding and structural building improvements to the existing sports facilities located in the St. Mary Mackillop Campus in Isabella Plains.
After attending site and reviewing the Client’s objectives, Build& produced a scoping document that would form the basis of the tender documentation, and approach to Market exercise.
Once the Principal Contractor was identified, Build& managed the contract execution and the delivery of the project on a highly complex live environment, that saw the works being delivered in proximity to students in a incident-free fashion.
