Winnunga AHCS
Canberra, ACT

The Winnunga project aims to deliver and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander specific residential rehabilitation facility within central Canberra, offering therapeutic and culturally specific residential treatment consistent with the Winnunga AHCS Model of Care.

The new facility will be constructed across x2 levels (1540m2 GFA est.) with the initial capacity to accommodate x24 adult residents.

Build& provided a detailed review of the design to help facilitate a gap analysis report. This report was used to improve the design team inclusions, improve cost submissions from Tenderer’s and identify areas of risk to the client for further consideration.
